Founder & Principal Advisor
Sylvester Dsouza is the driving force behind Sylwen Investments, having built the firm from the ground up with over 16 years of experience in financial planning. Known for his cheerful personality and witty sense of humour, he enjoys travelling, cooking, singing, and listening to music. He dreams of becoming the best version of himself and to find peace in everything he does.
Shares & Operations
Coming from a Journalism background, she has quickly become the backbone of the organisation learning about Mutual Funds, Insurance, Shares and FDs from the ground up. She is the main person handling physical demating of shares. But she also handles all the marketing and communication within the firm. Her hobbies include cooking, travelling, reading books and being creative. Her dream is to open an art studio or a small food cafe, or both!
Outdoor Coordinator
As a valued member of Sylwen Investments for over 18 years, Peter Bommu is known for his reliability, warm smile, and strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A passionate foodie who enjoys reading the Bible and learning new things, he hopes to one day serve the Lord full-time while continuing to help others.
Senior MF Execution Manager
Ayaz Shaikh has been an integral part of Sylwen Investments for the past three years and leads the Mutual Fund Department, making him the go-to expert for mutual fund-related queries. Kind, hardworking, and dependable, he enjoys gardening and travelling, with a lifelong dream of exploring the world.
FD Execution Manager
Since joining Sylwen Investments in 2023, Parish Chawan has been managing the firm's Fixed Deposit operations while also supporting the Insurance Department. Outside work, he enjoys long drives with his favourite music and is dedicated to providing the best education and opportunities for his two children.
MF Execution Manager
Viraj Erande is part of the Mutual Fund Department and is also the office's unofficial IT expert, always ready to solve technology-related challenges. He enjoys yoga, walking, hiking, and travelling, and aims to build a successful career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
MF Execution Manager
Prem Bansode joined the Mutual Fund Department with valuable industry experience and has quickly become an important member of the team. Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, he is committed to expanding his knowledge while working towards achieving complete financial freedom.
Insurance Execution Manager
Shantanu Bhoyar joined Sylwen Investments in 2026 as part of the Insurance Department and is known for his punctuality, curiosity, and passion for technology. He enjoys AI, chess, fantasy fiction, and spending time with his family, and hopes to modernise the wealth management sector through smarter, technology-driven solutions that create a better experience for clients.
Insurance Execution Manager
Sanket Kulkarni joined the Insurance Department in 2026 and is known for his quick learning ability and problem-solving mindset. He enjoys exploring investment opportunities, improving his Excel and data analysis skills, watching science fiction films, and playing video games, with aspirations of building a successful career in investment banking.
